Chop up a few cubes of butter and mash it into a bowl of chopped parsley. Then, stir the mixture three times whilst chanting “OOMBA MAMBA GRAAAAAAAA” and do a lil’ dance. Shake your bottom a bit to REALLY get the spell movin’! Next, bury the mixture in a crowded beach. Dance around the buried mixture four times wearing a bikini and do the chicken. There ya go!

There is really no known way of animating stuffed animals, and if there was you wouldn’t want to anyway. Because it sounds to me like trapping souls, and that’s quite dark.
